The truth is, I haven’t been to any family gatherings since I got my dog. While my introverted self doesn’t mind, my mom has been bugging me about it since last month. I told her I couldn’t leave my pup with a sitter anymore because he gets super anxious.

I reckon your pups won’t get bored since there’s food and toys here, as well as baths for them to cool down. I also love that the staff provides food toppers for anxious dogs who are challenging to feed. Do note the extra charges for these, though.
Moreover, it’s great for me that this pet hotel offers both an indoor and outdoor play area. The dogs are properly monitored during playtime too! This ensures everyone is happy and safe at all times.
On top of that, the staff typically provides regular updates so you’ll know how your furkid is doing. I believe this is very helpful when you’ve given them specific requests about your pet’s food, medications, and the like.
However, the pet boarding staff can sometimes respond a little late. I guess it’s because the facility only offers one mode of contact. For me, it would be great if they added more options to make communication more efficient.

It’s amazing for me that the caretakers prioritize pet exercise too! Depending on your preference, the pets can be walked in the morning and afternoon to keep them active and healthy.
What’s more, I noticed a bunch of greenery outside the facility to give the animals some fresh air. In my opinion, this is also handy if the furbabies need to take time off from each other to avoid fights.
I appreciate that the staff gives a shower to the dogs before they’re taken home too! I bet this is incredibly convenient if you leave your pup in their care for a week or so.
The only downside for me is that some pet owners might think it’s challenging to find this boarding location because many trees are blocking its surroundings.
My advice is to note the landmark right next to it (Gelo Durian Pancake) or give the staff a call to help you locate the pet lodge.

Pet Paradise Bali is an adorable family-run cat and dog hotel in Bali. I love that it’s in the center of nature, surrounded by trees and fields. Plus, it offers a serene atmosphere with chirping birds in the area, which I think many dogs might be amused by.
For me, this is a suitable space where the pets can run around when they get the “zoomies” or sudden energy outbursts. I also like that they can comfortably sleep in private rooms at night.
Besides the morning walks, I appreciate that the animals who enjoy water can have a splash at a small river close to the boarding kennels.
Moreover, this place is the only animal retreat for East and North Bali. So, I find it convenient that the team can pick up your dog or cat from anywhere around the island if needed. This comes with an additional charge, though.
Nevertheless, this facility can only take in a maximum of 8 dogs. While I love that this ensures your pet will get lots of attention and care, this means you’ll need to book in advance to secure your spot.

This medium-sized pet boarding space also offers a bunch of greenery where the dogs can enjoy ample sunlight and shade. It’s fenced all around for security as well.
Other than that, I noticed that most dogs here are very tame, playful, and friendly, so I bet the owners can feel at ease leaving their pets to socialize.
It’s also helpful for me that the owner regularly updates the facility’s socials. This way, potential clients can see the animals actually enjoying the indoor and outdoor areas. Not a lot of filters or editing too, so what you see is what you get!
Just one thing, though. Should you be interested in this pet boarding service, you’ll have to message the owner via WhatsApp since she doesn’t speak English very well.
In my opinion, writing your queries can be a better option anyway, since the staff can answer all of them clearly in one go.

But don’t worry about your dog sweating too much. There’s a big shade canopy to block direct heat, so your pups stay cool when taking casual breaks. Conveniently, there’s also a long garden hose for quick water stops.
Not only that, but I also love that there are plenty of colorful dog paintings around. In my view, this shows this boarding center’s passion for pets.
The only drawback I could say is that the facility is near a welding place, which I reckon isn’t the safest environment if a pet escapes. But there’s fencing around the place, so I say just give it a quick check when you get there to be sure.
