For one, I find it handy that it can work with a wide range of materials like wood, fabric, leather, acrylic, paper, plywood, and fiberboard. Its machine can also carve 3D shapes and patterns to make your artistic requirements come to life.
It’s also amazing for me that its website has many high-definition photos of its past works. I’m in awe of the team’s intricate details on products like wooden mirror frames, metallic knives, leather straps, acrylic awards, and decor.
Our thoughts about the customer service are wonderful too! A client told us about his great interaction with the owner and staff. He was given a brief explanation, proper advice, and options to be sure which item suited him the most.
Still, there are times when the staff’s replies can be a tad slow. I think this is because the staff only uses 1 contact number. For me, this seems something that the company can still improve on if they want more efficiency.
