I Escaped the 9-to-5 Grind with These 5 Virtual Offices in Bali
I never really clicked with the whole cubicle life thing in a corporate job. Whether it was the team-building exercises, parties, cliques, or gossip, I didn’t care for them. That’s why I’ve always known that I’d work on my own or start my own business. And I did!
As a freelance writer building my own marketing team, I had to plan how to legitimize and scale my services. I realized early on that some clients would not take me seriously until I had a proper business address—but it’s too costly to rent a physical one.
Thankfully, having a virtual office in Bali saved me a lot of money. Plus, this gave my business a solid business presence, even while I’m working and managing my team remotely! Here are the virtual office providers I found most promising over the years.
1. vOffice

Address: Jl. Karang Mas, Jimbaran, Kec. Kuta Sel., Kabupaten Badung
Contact Details: +62 819 9988 6681, [email protected]
Operating Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Sunday: Closed
vOffice is among the virtual office companies in Bali that’s a one-stop shop for many business needs. This involves providing a building address, physical workspace, mail and visitor handling, dedicated phone answering, a meeting room, and more.
I also appreciate that you can have your remote office ready in as fast as 10 minutes with its easy online process! Just request a proposal, pay the invoice via email or WhatsApp, sign digitally, and you’re good to go!
Moreover, I commend that this company is recognized and approved by the government. It’s suitable for PKP (pengusaha kena pajak) or “taxable entrepreneur” purposes.
Other than that, I find its accessibility incredible! It’s in over 30 Jakarta locations and more than 40 strategic and premium business areas, including JaBoDeTaBek, Bandung, Surabaya, Bali, and Medan.
Just one thing, though. The physical workspace, which comes with the virtual office package, can be pretty cramped at times. For me, this can be a challenge if your company needs a hybrid work setup and you’ll need to meet on-site at times.
Very Nice

2. The Space

Address: Jl. Bypass Ngurah Rai No.888 xx, Pemogan, Denpasar Selatan, Kota Denpasar
Contact Details: +62 361 6209 990, [email protected]
Operating Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Sunday: Closed
The Space provides flexible leases for shared and single office space rentals in Bali. These are customizable to your business requirements too! It can also accommodate short and long-term rentals.
And depending on what you need, I think it’s helpful that it offers 3 virtual office packages: Lite, Plus, and Premium. I believe this allows clients to adjust their plans accordingly without overspending on their first try.
The basic package includes free meeting room use for 2 hours a month, an address in a central business location, and mail handling.
But if you upgrade, I appreciate that clients can get more benefits like dedicated local telephone, free local call transfers, free parking, free printing of their first 20 A4 sheets, a professional receptionist, and the like.
Still, a minor thing to note is that its physical office’s Wi-Fi can be unstable. If you can, I say stick to its virtual office services where you can use your own internet connection and stay productive.

3. Biliq Coworking Space

Address: Sunset Road 819, Bali Ruko Sunset Indah II No.10
Contact Details: +62 361 6201 311, [email protected]
Operating Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday to Sunday: Closed
Biliq Coworking Space has been offering virtual offices since 2019. I find it incredible that it’s one of the first providers of this service in Bali, making it an innovator before the remote work trend truly took off.
I also commend this company for having all the required permits and legal documents you may need to set up a business or company in Indonesia.
For one, you can get access to its IMB (izin mendirikan bangunan) or building permit, polygon file (digital map of property layout), or rental agreement when you book its services.
Other than that, the virtual office plan comes with a mailing address and a phone number. You’ll also be alerted of incoming mails and be able to arrange for self-collection or delivery.
But what I love most is the 100% money-back guarantee. This is applicable if the company’s documents and domicile address cannot be used to set up your business in the country. This gives me confidence that its virtual offices will be sure and secure.
Moreover, I find it helpful that its clients come from various industries locally and internationally. This goes from consultancy and tourism to beauty and wellness, so I reckon the team will be flexible to adapt to your needs, no matter how niche.
Yet, a former client told us that she found the company’s services a tad expensive. Since there are many factors to consider, I recommend shopping around for quotations from others to see which can give you the most value.

4. InCorp Indonesia (formerly Cekindo)

Address: Istana Kuta Galeria Blok BW2, Jl. Patih Jelantik No.3A, Kuta, Badung Regency
Contact Details: +62 361 2090 200, [email protected]
Operating Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday to Sunday: Closed
InCorp Indonesia is a business management consultancy company that provides virtual office services in Bali, among many others.
With its assistance, clients will be able to register their business address and domicile letter (required proof of address) without renting an actual, physical office space. This makes it easier and more affordable to set it all up.
I also appreciate that the company locations are ideally situated in the business area. I think the goal is so the clients opening their companies could break into the market nearby more quickly.
Another perk I like is that this management offers flexible terms, starting from 3 months. This lets the clients test the waters for a short period before fully committing to a long-term deal—I reckon this says a lot about the company’s trustworthiness.
If interested, I think it’s convenient that there’s a free consultation so you can ask away and figure out if it’s a good fit.
Nonetheless, it can occasionally take a while for the team to answer queries. When this happens, I suggest giving it a few hours, or you may pick another virtual office company from my list.
Great Company
“Great company to deal with. Helped us thru setting up our PT PMA and have helped us manage the more intricate sides of owning a company in Indonesia. Always very responsive and would highly recommend! ”

5. GoWork

Address: 757G+674 Park23 Bali Creative Hub, Jl. Kediri 3rd Floor, Tuban, Kuta, Badung Regency
Contact Details: +62 361 4756 825, +62 21 3970 7888, +62 812 8888 4595 (WhatsApp)
Operating Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday to Sunday: Closed
GoWork is a Bali coworking space offering virtual office solutions to help businesses grow remotely more swiftly.
Right off the bat, I love that the starting prices are available on the company website, so you’ll see them even before reaching out. I think this act of transparency saves clients time when deciding if they can afford the service.
There are also 2 types of virtual office plans: Basic and Plus. Both packages get business addresses, mail handling, domicile letters, local phone numbers, and coworking access to all locations.
The difference is that the latter also gets personalized greetings with the local phone number, along with more opportunities to use the physical office.
Another benefit I find useful is the added credits! The Basic plan gets you 5 credits per month, while the Plus plan gives you 8 per month. These can get you more free bookings for rooms and desks over time, so I believe it’s good to keep earning them.
The only drawback for me is that if you’re opting for hybrid services, the physical office can be too cold—the AC can go as low as 16°C! I recommend wearing jackets or long sleeves if you have to attend an event here.
Of course, you can always ask the staff to adjust the room temperature, though I think this may not always be guaranteed.
